I'm pretty sure my YC room will have a refrigerator. I have a 2 yr old and will need milk and a few little snacks for her for the evening. We have DDDP so we won't really need much once back in the room. I'm wondering if the gift shop sells milk? Also do they sell any wine?

You will need to walk through the hotel to get to the store over in the beach club to buy food and drinks.

They should have wine - I think all the resort stores do, I just never looked at Beach Club Marketplace (which is the location that has food/beverage for both Yacht & Beach).

Milk and snacks, definitely. There's quite a bit in the fridge for cooking in the room - like frozen microwave dinners, eggs, bacon, etc. - due to having Beach Club Villas at the resort.

The Yacht Club store (Fittings & Fairings) is clothes & accessories only last I knew.

If you can't find wine at Marketplace at BC, they have it at the store on the Boardwalk. You will also find some in WS in EP.

Yes, the Beach Club Marketplace does sell milk and wine. I have never personally been in the YC gift shop, Fittings & Fairings, but according to pictures we have on the FAQ thread, they do sell wine, or at least did in 2012.

I just posted pictures, taken in mid-August, to the Beach Club Marketplace Photo Thread

Single serve Sutter Home Chardonnay, Sutter Home Pinot Grigio or Berringer White Zinfandel are $6.95 per bottle

It looks like the bottles run between $15 and $20, with the Fairy Tale Celebration (Cuvee?) at $35.00

Hmm... I thought they sold half-gallons of milk, but I don't see any in these pictures, just cartons.

Natebenma- I think I see half gallons of milk on the bottom shelf in the yellow jugs. (They always look weird to me, since they look different where I live). Awesome photos!

You could be right! I thought those were oj, but I see the cardboard cartons on the left. I tried zooming in on my original picture, but still couldn't tell, but I would bet dollars to donuts that the Marketplace sells half gallons.

In August 2014, the YC gift shop (Fittings & Fairings?) had both milk and wine. We purchased milk for our coffee from there.
