Thought I'd start a thread to share ideas for teen girls (if there is one for 2018 somewhere, please direct me). I always get some good ideas here.
Share your finds for both actual gifts and stocking stuffers!

DD is probably getting a lot of gift cards, a college sweatshirt (the one she has is gross), and some DVDs.

Yep, for DD gift cards and for stocking, some small make up stuff she likes. Then a puzzle that I know she'll save and put on her wall. A robe that she's been eyeing for taking to college.

For adult DS, gift cards, and a controller for video game system he's been wanting.

I'm starting to ask for lists.

My DD needs a new laptop, so that is the big gift this year. I picked up a nice makeup set (had a Macy's deal, and it was free gift with purchase time) so that will be a gift and stocking stuffers. A couple of new tshirts/lifting socks for the gym (she does crossfit). Probably an itunes gift card in her stocking, and maybe a new phone charger accessory of some kind. Not sure what else- looking forward to seeing what other people come up with!

Following. DH's brother has 2 daughters 13 and 15 that I need to get gifts for. We don't see them very much, so I have no idea what sort of stuff they like.

I know phones/accessories will be big here. A new crossbody for traveling--I have one that I took to Europe that she has her eye on, so I'm getting her one in a different color. Gift cards, clothing--fuzzy socks are big here. Probably make-up sets.

My soon to be 13 year old daughter just put phone cases and pop sockets on her list. I’ve noticed with her (and I assume her girlfriends) accessories for things she already has seem to be popular. Things she/they can use to “dress up” the things they have.

My DD is college sophomore and here is my list so far - really nice fur for walking to class

Nice free standing speaker that is blue tooth waqterproof etc. Costco had on clearance for 99 and it got good reviews without taking up space

Pokemon phone charger https://www.gamestop.com/collectibles/home-electronics/pokemon-pikachu-induction-charger/150292

Makeup, sugarboo store I LOVE they haver great tshirts got a something there....so I have made a decent dent!

Julia (15) is getting an art print made from old book pages, a rose gold throw, a sweatshirt from We Rate Dogs that she asked for, the Harry Potter Funko Advent calendar, the Fantastic Beasts book, some bath bombs, and a Hamilton daily calendar. Possibly a new phone case. Everything except the sweatshirt came from Amazon.

Do you know anyone who has these? I only ask, because it appears all of the positive reviews are for an Anker wireless speaker. I tried clicking on another listing for the same earbuds, and those reviews are for a phone case. This makes me very hesitant to purchase...

I've noticed lots of sellers on Amazon are playing the get-a-bunch-of-good-reviews-then-change-the-listing-to-a-completely-different-product game these days. I carefully watch the reviews and won't buy those items because clearly the seller is playing games.

The Anker wireless earbuds (Liberty Lite) have a good reputation on Slickdeals, but the ones in that listing are not the Anker earbuds. (The Anker ones you can get for around $50 if you are patient.) I recently picked up the JLab Air True wireless earbuds which also go for about $50 and seem to be getting good reviews - but they were back ordered and just finally shipped yesterday, so I can't tell you if they are any good or not yet!

Honestly, by that age, kids are just so different in what they like and don't like that it's hard to guess. Can you ask their parents what sort of things they are into? It doesn't need to be an explicit wish list, just some info on where their interests are. With that basic knowledge it's easier to figure something out. For example, at those ages, DD was into art, one nephew was into electronic gadgets, and another nephew was into cooking!!

Thank you! I’ll be watching for both the Anker and JLab. $50 is about what I want to spend on earbuds, so they’d be perfect.

I got DD monthly make-up subscription last year (ispy). She has really enjoyed it. Something to look forward to every month.

My daughter is asking for makeup and Broadway things (she's a huge fan). I am probably going to get her a bigger lighted makeup mirror since she uses a small travel one right now. They seem pretty expensive if anyone has a suggestion of an inexpensive one! I was thinking of getting her the Ipsy subscription so thank you to the person above who said she did it and her daughter enjoyed it. Then bath bombs, face masks, and whatever else I can think of. I'll check back in when I think of more

We’ve had that for three years (I thought the year subscription would end after a year, but it automatically re-subscribes). My girls still love it, but we now have dozens of travel bags!

I have teenage nieces- 17 & 15. I love TJ Maxx or Marshalls for makeup kits or brush sets. Cool PJs/socks/slippers are always a hit. The 15 year old is a great artist, so she gets art supplies. The 17 year old got one of the new poloroid type cameras for her bday and loves taking pics and the film is expensive so we wil prob get her a few packs of the ones with fun prints.
Kindle books, anything Harry Potter, brain teasers and page a day calendars have been things they loved in the past.

Target is running a gift card special with Burt's Bees products. Buy 3 get a $5.00 gift card. I bought some masks and ornaments. The masks are listed at $2.32 each and the ornaments are $4.99. You can opt to do in store pick up or you have to make at least a $25.00 order for delivery. These are going to be stocking stuffers. The gift cards are all mine, for now.

My girls are 14, 16, 18

I got a good deal on a 3 pack of bohemian tapestries, so they'll get one of those.

14 & 16 yr old are going to camp in Montana next summer, so are getting good hiking shoes and rain jacket for Christmas so they get a chance to wear them a bit while we live in TX

18 yr old is getting a prepaid toll tag for her car

Every year they get phone chargers, sometimes I decorate them with something like this from Amazon...
