We are hiring a professional pet sitter to take care of our cat in-home. It is a family run business. They are really sweet people, very responsible and their rates are more than reasonable. They won't take tips but I'd like to get them a little something extra from WDW.

The people watching our dog are friends of my mom's and have already refused money. I'd like to get them something too.

I'd like to spend around $50 for the professional sitter and $100 for the family friends.

Any ideas on what I can look out for or care to share what you have gotten your pet sitters?

Our neighbors always watch our two cats when we go to WDW.
Our trips are usually 9-12/13 days.

They will never accept cash either, so I always get them things I know they will like. Sometimes I even ask them for recommendations & they will tell me what they'd love.

Perhaps you can find out some of their interests?

Our neighbors are very "Green" and Disney has a ton of stuff with the "green" theme. I got them waterbottles, license plate frame, shirts, & I can't recall what else.

It is so much fun to shop for other people in WDW!! Have fun!

They have some pet related items at the Disney gift shops at the parks. If they have their own pets they have cool cat and dog bowls, food placemats with Disney cats or dog characters, etc. I might also recommend making them a personalized Disney t-shirt at Down Town Disney with a character or name on the shirt. A family photo in front of the castle or with a favorite character in a frame would also be nice :)
