ok, so I bought several of the new red surprise gifts. filled out the first one with no problem. but went to do the second one and it will not save what I have written. I have tried going to different rooms, logged off and back on and everything else I can think of. Do you have to give the first one in order to fill out the next. I thought I could go ahead and fill them out and than deliver them all later. I also thought maybe I had written something which could not be said, but that was not it either. Any help would be appreciated.

you can fill them out ahead of time. When you click OK it does it put up the message saying if you continue it cant be changed?

On the first one that is what it did. I received the message and saved it. But on the next one I went to do it does nothing. I kept clicking ok but never received the message. So I just closed it thinking ok maybe this will work, so than I opened it again and nothing. It was just like a new gift.

if you have words spelt wrong or more than a word done twice including periods that will stop you from being able to save.

Wasn't the wording because I typed the same thing on VMK to check it. No problem there. So I delivered the first one and than tried the next one again for about the 100th time and it worked. What I think might have happened is I was typing too fast Now I really feel stupid. Could it be that simple?

I don't think it was that, either. I had the same trouble in a friend's room. I have a few that have given me trouble, but the last one was the same problem you had. I'll try again tomorrow, but I think from now on I'll write out the cards in my own room.

There is a good possibility you have a double space in there. That will not light up and will drive you nuts

Best to make your lines short - if your lines are too short you will not be able to finish. Try making your lines a bit shorter.
