Can Disney gift cardsbe used as the payment type at the hotel so I can charge with my band or do I hav to use a credit card.

You do need a credit card attached to your room in order to use your magic band. You can pay each night or every couple nights with your gift cards, this is what I do.

Just be sure to pay your tab the night BEFORE checkout. We thought we’d do it early the next morning last trip and dinner was charged to my card. Not a big deal, I go a few times a year, but it could mess you up if you don’t watch out
