Gift card programs with Lowes and Home Depot?

Do you know if any of the gift card programs (ie. Home Works Plus, Galleria, etc.) have both Lowes and Home Depot gift cards for purchase? Thank you.

Here's a tip for Lowes - they give you 10% off on your first purchase on their credit card, no matter how much. We just bought a full front door special order from them (door, sidelights, transom), cost $5,600, we got $560 off!
