Gift Card not on Confirmation

Many of you are saying that the gift card is listed on your confirmation e-mail or the confirmation that you printed on-line. Mine doesn't list the gift card. Nor does it list anywhere that this some sort of promotion. Do you think I should call back and check on this? I don't want to call when they are so busy with this promo but I will if my ressie isn't correct. Did anyone else get a confirmation notice that does NOT list the Gift Card?

Hi, I checked my online and it didn't show the gift card, however, I did have to call this morning to modify my dates for my ressie and I asked specifically about the gift card and told her it was not on my ressie and she said yes you will get the card at check in. So I guess it doesn't show but we will get it at check in but I really don't like that as I want something in writing saying what I'm supposed to get!

Thank you for the replies. I guess as long as we got the promotional rate, then they know that we get the gift card too. Maybe the e-mail confirmation will give more information than the on-line confirmation gives.

Is your reservation paid in full? I seem to remember all the perks showing up after everything was paid last time.

My email does not show the gift card either, but the CM last night told me it was on the reservation and could be picked up at check-in.

Having spent the last 24 hours modifying MANY resrevations I would suggest you check it out. Some confirmations came back without the Card listed on them, when I called there was an error and it had to be fixed.

Might be okay--I would just check it out in case!!!

any ideas what the DPV means?
My confirmation doesnt show any of the extras listed. Just this and our names and the amount paid.
Everything that I have modified is right.

I finally got the e-mail confirmation and it does list the gift card on that along with the other extras I didn't expect and won't use but it was nice of them to give them out. The e-mail was much more thorough than the on-line confirmation. I figure they would be the same, but they were not. So for anyone else out there who hasn't gotten the e-mail yet - it should say on there that you will get the Gift Card even if the on-line doesn't specify such. It is nice to have the clarification though when I'm now relying on that for food purchases. What a nice gift. Thanks again for all the wonderful replies here.

I am assuming those not seeing the gift card, but expecting to, are arriving during the time the gift card is offered. The card is only during the first part of the promotion. (Ends like March 27, or something.)

DPV is the package that poster booked. However there are many package codes. You may or may not want the same package code.
