Gift card for Mazda test drive

I test drove the Mazda in late May and sent in my certificate and have still not received my gift card. Can anyone tell me how long it has been taking, and who should I contact if I don't get it soon??? My local dealer didn't know anything about it when I took the certificate in there, but he filled it out anyway, so I doubt I could ask anyone there. Thanks!

I got mine about 6 weeks after I took the test drive. I was even able to exchange the card for Disney Dollars!

Mine came in 4 1/2 weeks. I also got Disney Dollars.

Now I have a wonderful memory of lunch in Cindy's castle
