Gift Card Exchanges?

Where is the best place to "exchange" or sell unwanted iTUNES gift cards? I did searches on line and it seems most places wont take iTUNES

I've read most resellers won't accept iTunes cards from individual sellers because hackers broke the gift card code algorithm and it's just too easy for them to swamp the market with stolen numbers. Too much risk. I suspect the cards they have listed for sale they get directly from Apple or some other large retailer at a discount.
