Where and how do you buy the arrival gift baskets?

Have you tried "Feralpeg". She does some lovely themed baskets. If you search for her name and send her a PM she'll be able to tell you more.

Also, the Disney Florist also do Baskets.

We actually made our own prior to leaving and sent it to the resort for our arrival. It was much cheaper picking up things here and there on sale and sending it. The kids are then less app to get the "wants".

Don't expect miracles though....

Back in Dec I ordered a basket for my wife. It was our 10yr anniversary.
Get into the room and no basket. Called the florist 5 mins from closing and they hadnt even made it yet. We left and came back around midnight. Not there. Left the next day to go to parks came back and there was a basket, but it wasnt what I had ordered.

I called when I got back home and they did things right for me. They apologized profusely and refunded my money. I was happy with this. All I was looking for was a little credit, not a full refund.

Me personally Id be hesitant to use them again.

I ordered a gift basket from disney florist for Valentine's Day, and it was great. It was in our room when we got back to the room from dinner, and it was bigger and better than I expected!
