Gift Basket for a First Timer!

The guy I've recently started dating is taking a trip to Disney with his family in March. It's the first time he's been since he was SIX!! I wanted to make him a Disney gift basket for Valentine's Day. I thought it would be a fun, "non-threatening" gift.

What are some suggestions for a gift basket for a 29 year old first timer??

what does he like - recreation - golf, fish, biking, tennis, boating, horseback riding, etc - then see about getting him an hour - Disney does have gift cards or Disney money.
