Not all of them all rolled in chips- the cookies and cream are rolled in oreo crumbs, and the coffee cake cookie is rolled in cake crumbs. Are all their cookies rolled in chocolate chips or other chips?
They appear to be smashed into the partially underbaked cookie after baking. There appears to be more chocolate chips than cookie. Are all their cookies rolled in chocolate chips or other chips?
They're not underbaked. The owner, Steve Lewis, spent 15 years perfecting the recipe that gives you a fully baked cookie that tastes deceptively underbaked. And yes, you have to like chocolate to like most of the cookies. But I could point you to the direction of the coffee cake cookie or the peanut butter cookie if you're not big on chocolate...They appear to be smashed into the partially underbaked cookie after baking. I just tried the cookies and cream and I think I agree with your assessment. Its not bad, but not my favorite. So far that honor goes to the peanut butter crunch for me.you'll probably LOVE the cookies and cream then!lmk how you like it!

Do you prefer non-chocolate cookies? I seriously cannot wait to come home in 5 days and eat my favorite dessert to boot!!!I just tried the cookies and cream and I think I agree with your assessment. Its not bad, but not my favorite. So far that honor goes to the peanut butter crunch for me.![]()
They have the cake slices at Disney Springs too! There was red velvet, chocolate chip mint, and cookies and cream if remember right. But they don’t have the cookie bites yet. They said hopefully by next month they should be stocking them.I've been obsessed with Gideon's since Disney Food Blog would fan-girl about their chocolate chip cookie that used to be sold at Polite Pig & I found them on Instagram & found the selection at their East End Market location had SO MANY flavors, plus cake slices & cookie bites. We Uber-ed there in 2019 (it was from Universal & about $50 each way!) & got to try the mint chocolate chip, white chocolate coffee, chocolate chip, cookies & cream & peanut butter crisp. PB is definitely my favorite! We followed the advice on IG to freeze their cookies to enjoy them year round & it's been great. We need to restock our freezer so I'm looking forward to the coffee cake cookie & hot cookie hour. Oh! I want to try the PB cold brew also!
All food must now be screened separately, it's been that way for a while, even before the pandemic.SAME!!!! Buses to Disney Springs ALWAYS suck, no matter where you are staying! I guess that's the one perk of staying at Saratoga... And that same exact thing has happened to us at the airport when we have tried to bring our cookies through TSA security- we will FOR SURE be stocking up again this time! Thanks for the info about the coffee cake cookie- that's also super helpful... Curious what time you got in for that hot cookie hour when you signed up at 5:30 (oh and does that mean that you got in line to sign up for the virtual queue at 5:30 or you reached the front of the line to sign up for the virtual queue at 5:30 lol)? Did you like the vanilla or chocolate ice cream better w/ the cookie? I LOVE chocolate and PB but think that may overpower the flavor of the cookie a bit...![]()

I think I’m leaning that way. I think what I didn’t like about the cookies and cream was that the Oreos weren’t crunchy. My brain just screams stale when they don’t crunch.Do you prefer non-chocolate cookies? I seriously cannot wait to come home in 5 days and eat my favorite dessert to boot!!!![]()

Has anybody tried the peanut butter cold brew or the gingersnap cold brew? I typically hate coffee and coffee flavored things, but I LOVE peanut butter, and I've heard that even non-coffee lovers may like it....
Yes, weekday mornings are less busy. They begin the VQ when the standby line gets too long. So if you arrive and the line isn't long, then you will be able to just hop right in line and wait. They should still be using the VQ when you are there. We visited on Sunday at 9:45 am and they already had started the VQ, and a lot of Disney Springs wasn't even fully open yet. Honestly, the VQ wait was nicer than standing in line for a long time. We grabbed Starbucks, walked around, and did some shopping before they called us back. Once they did it was only a 10 minute wait to get inside. They estimated a 3-hour wait and it ended up being around 75 minutes. Will they still have the VQ late next week? Is this an ongoing thing? I am coming to Disney On Saturday 6th of Feb and be there till Monday the 15th of Feb, I'm assuming a weekday morning would not be as busy?

No. You can only pre order at their east end market location. They've said they're just too busy and wouldn't be able to handle itThanks for the info. Is there mobile ordering?
