I went to Dollar Tree after hearing on this board that Polmolive Dish Wipes were there for $1.

Imagine how happy I was to find GIANT 6- or 7-inch rainbow colored all-day suckers there with Mickey Mouse on them....for just a buck.

I bought a few to tuck in my suitcase and surprise my kids with while at WDW. I'm sure it's cheaper than we can get there.

Great - I was going to go today for the wipes - now I can get some lollipops too. Thanks for sharing. :)

I love Dollar Tree!! We have a brand new one just minutes from my house!! Would love to pick up some lollis for our trip in Jan. Last time I was there they had Mickey christmas wrap and cards but the cashier told me I should shop early for Christmas stuff because it goes QUICK!!!

I'm heading over TODAY!!

Thanks for the tip...

Thank you so much for sharing. I'm going to go today and see if they have them at our local store.

I picked up some glow necklaces while I was at the Dollar Tree. I thought they would be great for the night parades. They had packages with 2 neklaces and 2 bracelets together for a dollar, or 6 bracelets. You can hook the bracelets together and make a necklace. They are with the halloween items.

I did TOO!! I have been buying lots of glowing/light up things for our trip..DS6 and DS4 have been scared of inside rides so I thought if they had a little light they may be OK...AND after going to Fantasmic last month (solo) and seeing all the light up things they were selling for WAY too much $, I thought when my kids started begging for that stuff I would just pull my "inexpensive prepurchased" things out of my backpack... I found some cool things at the Dollar Tree!!

That looks like a $10 sucker if bought at Disney World! I'm going to sneak some into my suitcase and pull them out when we get there. I'll be mother of the year for those treats!!!

I bought the same lollipops last summer for our July trip. They were part of the gifts that "Tinkerbell" left each night. The funniest thing was one night we were leaving the MK after the parade and dd wanted to stop and get lollipops. We said no it's too late we'll wait till tomorrow - she was thrilled when she woke up to find "Tinkerbell" had left the same lollipop she wanted. THe best difference was that I got these ones at Dollar Tree while the ones at WDW were selling for $3-$4!

I also buy some little Disney things that go on sale at the Disney Outlet or Target, then take them along....We are a sneaky bunch of moms, aren't we?;)

I went to our local dollar tree as soon as I read this....ours doesn't have them!!! Too bad:(

PRINCESS ONES TOO!!!

Bought some extras in case of breakage on the flight!!

I just started shopping these dollar stores because of things I have read on this DIS boards -- I am sooooo hooked!!

Thanks

Has anyone who bought the lollipops at Dollar Tree tasted them? I was just wondering if they taste good?
Thanks::MinnieMo

They aren't too bad - if giant lollypops are your thing - kinda cherry tasting - not old or sticky - or nasty:p

Just went into our Dollar Tree here in Columbus, Indiana and found all kinds of Disney Christmas cards. Most of them with either Mickey or Minnie or the whole gang!! They come in packages of 10 for just $1!!!!!!

I love our Dollar Tree!!

Got the lollipops and glow bracelets too! Saw the disney christmas cards. Ours had Winnie and the gang too. I got some Fundips too. Kids love them, moms hate them. But, heck, it is vacation! LOVE THE DOLLAR STORE.

I don't have a scanner to show the picture, but I bought some of the skinny twirly/swirly pops at my local discount grocery store. There were about 8 in a bag for $1. I think the outside of the package says " Mini Unicorn pops", as they look like a unicorn's horn (long and skinny). Sorry I can't describe these any better, but I thought it was a really good deal, and the pops are not too large. The store was Sav-a-Lot, though I'm sure that's a regional chain. These pops look just like the ones for sale at Disney, but just a little smaller.

I got my lollipops this week. There are Mickey ones and Princess ones. Not bad for $1 !::yes::

After reading this thread I just HAD to check out Dollar Tree! Mine didn't have the big lollipops :( but I still found Disney pencils (princess, Mickey, and Pooh) with notepads to match and post-its, my kids love that kind of stuff so those'll be great stocking stuffers for our Christmas trip. I also got the Disney Christmas cards, but I couldn't decide between Mickey or Minnie so I got both ;) .

Oh, and that led to the wrapping paper, then the rain ponchos, and of course the glowstick necklaces/ bracelets. I'm so excited! I spent $22 and I probably would've spent more if the kids wouldn't have been with me, but I was having a hard time sneaking stuff into the cart, lol.

Something else I thought was a great deal, they had Shrek bodywash and hand soap (the soap comes out of his ear, very cute) so we picked some of that up too for a stocking stuffer because those character toiletries are a treat in our house, not something we usually buy.

I am so thrilled, I would've spent twice that for all of that at Wal-mart, I'm sure :sunny:

I just got back from our dollar tree in East Greenbush, NY and they had the mickey lollipops they also had a ton of mickey wrapping paper and , pooh and princess wrapping paper. I just got the wrapping paper for all those gifts I'm getting down at the disney outlets ::MickeyMo

After searching 3 Doller Tree stores finally found the lollipops up in front where all the bags of candy was. Thanks for posting this great tip to all of us.::MickeyMo
