Ghost reservations on DVC dashboard

Hi all, I know there are all kinds of wonky things going on with the member website and shutdown coming soon, but I haven't seen any posts about ghost reservations. I have two reservations on my dashboards that are "ghost" reservations. They didn't take any points from my account and mimic the dates of ACTUAL reservations, but one is a total duplicate, and the other shows a ghost reservation for one of my resorts, when I have a real reservation at the other. Just wondering if its a known glitch because I do not have time to be on hold with MS for 2 hrs

Nothing wonky on my dashboard right now, I haven't heard of this. Maybe it's pixie dust and you have a free vacation coming!

Not heard about that. Just checked and all 16 of my booked trips are the real ones!!!

I can't even get on DVC Member site since yesterday??? I will say, I am only trying after 9 pm because I work 7am to 8 pm. So my ONLY time to check anything is at night. I tried last night and tonight. Cannot log on.

I made one last week. i Had a day in November I was trying to get for my daughter. I tried to book it for days with no success. Finally dvc fixed the glitch and it was gone. Last week it was back so I booked it. I had to borrow points (direct points contract) and it was on my dashboard. But I noticed it didn’t pull any points. I tried to modify and it said “holding your reservation “ and showed zero points used. I backed out because this never happened to me and I didn’t know if borrowed points needed to be approved. I first did a chat and while she confirmed it was indeed a reservation and used zero points, she couldn’t fix it. I called MS (16 minute wait) and both the CM and supervisor was so confused. They said they never saw a reservation get made and not pull any points. They modified it, though it was difficult they said, and completed it. They said it may have disappeared on its own, but I actually booked it because my daughter may be there, so was adding days to her reservation as I saw them, not modifying . I would call just so you don’t lose the real one.

I have a ghost reservation on my dashboard too. It’s actually a res I canceled months ago and it’s still showing. I looked at my points history detail and sure enough it shows that res # as canceled. In fact I already used those points on another trip. Very odd.

Yesterday, I had to log in by typing my password, when usually it accepts my phone’s remembered passwords… Then,
1. My icon was Mickey (supposed to be Merida)
2. None of my reservations were linked. (I have three)
3. I tried to click on various silly links promoted by Disney about their movies &/or attractions and it all hung up.
4. I tried to click on the WDW map to find the locations of magic shots and zooming in was delayed to non-responsive.
It was enough of a mess that I haven’t gone back yet.

I just tried to go on and also couldn't on either, getting the same message as all of you. Very frustrating being that we only have a few days left until the shutdown!

I just went on Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome and I was able to log on.

Also, the ghost reservations are gone and all is well on my dashboard
