Hi everyone. Quick question: is it just my computer going wrong, or does the 5 credits a ghost in the HM not actually tally up? In one game I caught 34 ghosts (in a 1-on-1), and they gave me 120 credits. Now, I'm not really complaining, any credits I can get are always appreciated, but why does it say they give 5 credits a ghost, if they don't? :confused3 If anyone can shed some light on the matter, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks all :thumbsup2 !

You don't get 5 credits for any points you get for changing your opponent when they are a ghost. You only get 5 credits for actual ghosts.

Ahhhhhh! I see! Thank you for clearing that one up, I was worried my maths was going askew or something! :rotfl:

This happened to my brother a few times. Personally, I was too lazy to do the math and just happy to get the points. He was very indignant about it, teehee. It was kinda funny to watch him yelling at VMK.

I was wandering about this myself because it never added up to what I thought it should be.. In the game instructions it says if you are turned into a ghost, players from other team can catch you for extra points. And in the HM Ezra says when other team becomes ghost catch them to earn "double" the points. So I don't understand why it says this if it is not true.

:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

sharkm: It is true. It's double in game points. Just not double credits.

They say nothing about double credits. ;)

All catching your opponents does is help you win the game.

Wow.. thanks I often wonder why it never added up ..and I know my math is terrible so I just figured it was that! But thanks for clearing that up as now it makes alot more sense! :)

Thank you so much. I just have to remember that points and credits are really two different things. :upsidedow :upsidedow :upsidedow

This is also true for all of the quests where you have to catch a certain number of ghosts. Members of the other team don't count in that total, so you have to be very careful when you're keeping track for quests. I don't catch any of those team member ghosts if I can avoid it while I'm playing a tomorrowland quest, just to ensure that I'm getting the right amount.

Glad to know it wasn't just me confused by that one, then! Thanks again for helping clear that up for me! :goodvibes

Once I have to take off my shoes to count, I stop!
