Once again I will to post the pix from Williamsburg but remember what happened when i posted St. Augustine? They were too big and I do not exactly know what I am doing.
Speaking of St.Augustine went there to day but at this time we found nothing. We had two cameras too. I was kind of bummed. I spoke to the guide at the top of the lighthouse (all 219 stairs I climed) and he said he had not seen anything bUT when he closes up he hears voices and sounds that have no explanation. He said that Faith (she was the one in the second lighthouse episode) has actually seen things but he has not. I then went on a Ghost and Gravestones tour in St augustine and it was worthless! It was a bunch of actors who told ghost stories in places that were reported to be hauanted but it was difficult to tell what was fact and what was fiction. I am so sorry I did not go on the tour with the professor who lets you use voice recorders and evp detectors. We did not reserve early enough and missed out! JEESH I have more activity in my own house and it does not cost me 75.00 to see it!
I did not see a ghost ratingt on tonights show. Anyone want to give one?I missed it.

Well, I only watched the last half of GHI, and I just can't get scared enough with them - so, 2 ghosts for me (and that's generous!). I just don't trust them as investigators.


OH! And I heard Brandy for the first time - OMG, how annoying!

I haven't seen the two shows referenced above re. the Brandy Voice - but I have a feeling I'd be LMAO if I had.

I thought last night's Paranormal States were pretty good! Even though the second one seemed more like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder than Poltergiest. It was still so interesting.

I agree about the religion thing, but they seem to *usually* offer more solace to the victims than Jay and Grant do. But Jay and Grant usually don't stoke the fears at all. They are so calm and matter-of-fact that anyone who gets worked up comes off as really silly.

Haven't watched GHI yet so I'll have to stop by later with my thoughts on it. I did watch PS and thought the first one was pretty good. The horse laying on its side freaked me out! I assume it was ok since they didn't mention it being injured or anything. I agree that the second one sounded like PTSD and those pictures of the black figure looked so fake. I wonder what was up with nobody taking credit for the pictures.

For the first time I felt a little let down by GHI. I don't really think it's the people even with their annoying voices. There's just something about the way the show is put together and I can't quite put my finger on it.

I did like the castle. I often like the people that they talk to and I thought that the old soldier was an interesting character.

I forgot to mention the tiki bar. I really like that!

I'm just thinking outloud here, but the shows(on GHI) where they are at just one location the entire show are much better. The places are great no doubt but there style/format or whatever is off.

I always, much like last nights episode, felt like I missed something! I want to see more, if they think its creepy then make me feel..creeped out, know what I mean?

I think 2 Ghost and thats being nice, because they did fine "some" interesting evidence.
I will miss the next two shows, as I will be at WDW so I will check back here to see if I missed anything!

I am liking Paranormal State somewhat a little better, I think it has improved since last season no doubt. Do they ever find anything not evil? Maybe I missed that episode kinda like the Haunting Shows, I like them they are very entertaining but always evil

Last night was ok, but I also like the show with just one place in it. I do think this team declares a place haunted way more readily than Jason and Grant do. They seem to find lots of EVP's though.

OMG!!! That's hysterical! It does tend to get on my nerves when I watch the DVDs, episode after episode, and every one has the same explanations!

DH and I always laugh at Jay and Grant when they start the reveal.

I have to agree with everyone about GHI being two ghosts. I finally got a chance to watch it today. I thought the old man in the second part of the show was mint! He made the show more interesting then it actually was. I get a kick out of all the subtitles they give us so we can understand the people from the other countries. I think there has been one show where I actually needed them!

I wish that GH and GHI would spend more time at some of the cooler locations. Maybe do 3 or 4 nights instead of the one. I figure it's probably to hard since many of the places they investigate are busy and can't give them the run of the place but there must be a few places they could get away with it.

Shout it out!! I'm gonna. My family already gets embarrassed by the fact that nothing embarrasses me - so I'll definately be shouting for George.

Is there a part of the ride that you're supposed to do it - or can you do it anytime during the ride?

sorry I haven't been around all week. Quick little update on Chelsea
She had a little setback last weekend that slowed her progress (breathing was labored and temp went up). However she is now off the vent completely, is sitting up for short periods of time and has started speech and physical thearpy. If all goes well she will move to rehab at a local childrens hospitals on Monday. She is mouthing words and is able to whisper a little. she tried use her mothers computer to comunicate but doesn't have her glasses (I'm assuming they were lost or destroyed in the accident). she even tried to text her boyfriend but couldn't see the keypad on her moms phone

Things are really looking up. Her mom said the difference was shocking when she walked into the room. That wed evening I believe. Chelsea grabbed her moms phone and started making hand signals that she needed her glasses to see the phone. Before then she still seemed very distant and they had to really push her to get her to pay attention. Having the meds our of her system this long had a lot to do with it.
