Ummm, what question are we asking?

I couldn't find anything that said when there would be new shows on Beyond Reality but I did just email the radio show:

Jason, after seeing the recent episode where you asked the 9 year old entity to go home with you, I have 2 quesions:

1. What were you thinking, haven't you thought of the fact that it could have been a demon or evil entity in disguise?

2. Does Taps ever tell any entity's to "Go to the light?" I am wondering why you didn't do this for the 9 year old, or any other entity for that matter.

I do know that they used to show Jason or Grant telling home owners etc that they could put them in touch wih people who could help them "deal" with the intities.

YES!SEE that is why we voted you as our spokesperson. I do not think the "what were you thinking" was too snarky because honestly, what WAS he thinking.
Hey by the way I am on the lap top b/c Mr. EVP is using his computer and I do not want to go to the den and listen to the football game to use the other one with the big distored screeen.Here is my question does anyone else get their nails caught under the keys on the lap top? My nails are not that long but they keep getting caught on the keys above. I cannot be responsible for my typos.

I know but as in the case of the little boy I just feel that they should not have waited to see if the curator of the museum wanted him to go, it just seems like sometimes they are obligated to tell them to go. I do not know if that makes sense but I just feel if the entity is in pain or lonely or afraid etc then it is a non choice. If the person was alive one would try to help him/her so how is this different? I guess that it just really hit home when the little boy said he was nine and lonely.

Oh ITA, and the fact that the boy seemed sad and lonely makes me think he is trapped. OTOH I believe spirits can visit between here and Heaven (the Summer Lands etc) if they want to. Part of me has this feeling that is the ones that somehow suffer a death before their time are the ones who get trapped here.

I have a story/question for all you ghost experts out there.

In Galveston,TX there was a place called the Balinese Room. It was in a building that was on the end of a pier that jutted out over the Gulf of Mexico. Back in the day (20's) it was a speakeasy where the mafia people would hang out. They had a trapdoor that was over the Gulf. When the police would raid the place, they would open the trapdoor and dump all the booze. They also used the trapdoor to dump people that they killed. I think prostitutes would hang out here as well gathering business.

Anyway, the place is haunted. There is a confirmed female spirit that haunts the ladie's restroom. Once, one of my friends was using the facilities when all the sudden the door of her stall flew off the hinges and flew across the room! She had a friend in there that witnessed it. They tried to pick up the door and it was too heavy for them to lift! There are also other spirits that haunt the place. I had another friend that used to work there that told me some stories a few years ago. I don't remember them but there were accounts from lots of people that experienced these ghosts.

Here's the question. Remember how I said the building was at the end of a pier? Well, Hurricane Ike wiped out the entire pier, building and all! So where are the ghosts now? Are they hovering out over the gulf, did they go to the light, what do you think happened to the ghosts? This has been bothering me since I heard it was wiped out yesterday. It's really sad as it was a great piece of history and was on the register of historical places.

This is a GREAT question - I've often wondered the same thing, like if a building burns down or something. I would suppose that they just sort of linger in the area, but I really don't know?

Well if you think about the show where GH visited the area where Sharon Tate was murdered she was still there. Not in her home b/c I think they tore it down but in the area about 20 or 30 feet away. I think some spirits are bound to an area and yet others are free to roam. I am betting that the free to roam ones are NOT the ones you want to bring home to mother!

But then I think that some beliefs teach that you choose your life and death before you are born or incarnated. I have read a couple of books but the one that was the most interesting was Journey Of Souls but I cannot remember the author's name.

DH and I love Ghost Hunters!

7 years ago we bought an old house - the original part of the house dates back to 1833, there were two small additions around 1900 and we just put one more addition on this year.

Well, we weren't in the house more than a week or two when - call me crazy - we saw a ghost cat. Now, DH and I saw it at the same time and, for those who are wonderin, we weren't drinking! It was a cat - kind of see-through - and it walked from one end of the room to the other. We think it is the cat of the previous owner - he had a really old cat that he nursed along for the last few years of it's life. We saw the cat on multiple occasions. But, we have not seen it in a long time.

One more story - when we put a new floor in the front room (the 1833 part of the house) we took lots of pictures of the project which involved completely tearing out the old floor, the original floor, and rebuilding it. There were tree trunks supporting the floor structure - it was kind of cool. Well, anyway, in a bunch of the pictures there was a single orb that appeared in the same corner of the room regardless of the angle the picture was taken from. Then, in one picture there is this bright streak across that part of the room - like we caught an orb in motion. Everything else is perfectly in focus, so it's not like the camera moved.

Fortunately we don't have any civil war soldier ghosts walking around our house - although that would be really cool (maybe.)

Sorry everyone, someone else will have to give the first ghost rating tonight. I sat down in the lazyboy and then next thing I knew it was 10:10pm. I did hear the beginning though and heard what the guys heard. (I don't want to be a spoiler).

I'm only going with 5 ghosts tonight. I thought part 1 was ok, a few good spots. 2nd part was just as boring as a GHI show.
