Is this CS or TS service place? I know it's not on the dining plan but wondering if I should plan on tipping or not. So is there a waitperson here or do you order at the counter and find a place to sitdown??

You order at the counter and find a place to sit down, but they do bring the ice cream to your table. . Also, it does tend to get croweded so you best bet is to have one person order and another find a table.
