I agree that it is unlikely, but we would certainly book it if it were available. I would consider it a definite reason to buy at GFV if there were a limited number of concierge rooms available, and generally only owners could get them. We're certain to try to stay there, and definitely considering purchasing (although we're waiting to see the price before we're completely certain.)
I know a lot of people would like to see another concierge option available to DVC, and I suspect some of those people would certainly be willing to pay extra for the privilege, in terms of higher purchase cost, higher point cost on rooms, and higher dues. It could very well be a smart decision to create another concierge lounge in the DVC building and designate a healthy percentage of the rooms concierge.
