GFL Outer Bldg Theme Park View Balcony?!

Do all the outer building theme park view rooms at the GFL have balconies...or do I need to call and request one?! I want to make sure we (try) to get a balcony!

i have never stayed at a GF room without a balcony. We did Themepark view twice and had a balcony and even our garden view and lagoon views had balconies.
