GF, WL or Poly for Christmas

I have been to the WL and Poly, Poly will cost the most followed by GF and then WL. We did do the bounce back offer for three nights in Dec. but not sure which one to stay at. Was not going to do Poly because it is the most money so was leaning towards GF and WL? Thought?

We did a split stay last November and you cant go wrong with either ... GF is absolutely beautiful and more on the formal side where as the WL is very rustic and charming.

GF is beautiful at Christmastime, but it is also jam packed since EVERYONE wants to come see the tree and gingerbread house. That means crowded lobby and even more crowded monorail (be prepared to wait on the platform a long time in the evenings to be able to board).

We are going to be there three nights 13, 14, 15 then heading back home, short stay but I am becoming a teacher and won't be able to take any time after this year so thought we had better do it now.

They are both beautiful during the holidays, but the WL is our favorite that time of year . The lobby is absolutely gorgeous with the huge tree in the center, along with the rocking chairs surrounding the fireplace....makes for a homey feel . You can't go wrong with either resort as they are both great, but my choice would be the WL during Christmas time .

Definitely the WL or GF over the Poly that time of year!

As for WL vs GF, I thought that both were beautiful in different ways. I would just choose based on which style you prefer. Personally, we chose the GF since we liked the more formal/elegant decorations, as well as the monorail access and view of the icicle-covered castle from the resort. The orchestra playing Christmas music in the lobby each evening was a great perk too!

fwiw we were there this past Christmas and had NO wait ever on the monorail at the GF so it's touch and go I think as far as crowds so don't let that deter you

GF. No hesitation for me to say that. You've stayed at the other 2 so try something new. GF is beautiful anytime of the year, but during Christmas it must be lovely!

wow what a conundrum!

They are all wonderful and each unique and distinct from another at Christmas.

For me? And I'm not a formal guy, the GF at Christmas reminds me of the Victorian homes in my hometown... so it's a natural fit.

The WL is also really beautiful over the holidays. No matter where you choose be sure to visit them all!
