I am sure there will be signage when they open, but all the maps I have seen show the pathway ending right at the end of Sago Key and right near the end of Main Building, so just find a map of the Grand, locate The end of Sago Key closest to the Main Building and that is where the pathway starts. I know where some maps showing the path are, but don't know if we are allowed to mention them, just do a search and you can find it.

Got it, thanks! Go to Gaspirrila Grill, look for the building on the far side of the marina (that's Sago Key) and the walkway should begin roughly between those two.

You got it! There is also a update to the walkway on the wdw website that shows several pictures of Sago Key and exactly where the walkway starts. It starts at Sago Key for sure!
tip, if a first timer at GF, you can also walk around the circle pictured which is between the main building and the convention center and be at the bus stop really fast since its at that end of the hotel. So if you are staying in any outer buildings on that side like Sago, Conch, Sugar Loaf, even Boca Chica, its much faster to get to the bus stop from that direction than to walk to it from the front door.
