You won't get daily housekeeping. You won't have clean towels, but every four days. You will only get the towels you get, no extras unless you pay for them. No additional shampoo or shower gel or conditioner. Just what you get every four days. So if that is important to you , you can pay for those services, but they won't be free.

I am okay without those things. we are thinking of getting a one bedroom now instead of the studio!!

I am planning to book cR just in case I cannot get the villa. I cant justify spending almost double for the villa thru disney, I am sure they will be excluded from discounts too for a while.

I never ever thought I would stay at the GF but I am pretty excited to try it!!

Someone is looking to rent or transfer GFV points on the rent/trade board in a thread that came up this morning. You may want to contact them now and see if they will be ready to rent for you in Oct. Those points are $14 a point which is one of the best prices I have seen for GF.

Don't PM them, respond in their "for rent" thread. That's how that board works.

I have seen a number of people on another board rent VGF points.

It's another forum for DVC owners, I stumbled upon it when I was googling renting points myself a few years ago. It has a very healthy rental board too.
