The Spa opens at 8AM so if you went early you shouldn't have a problem. You'll have to have your baggage ready by 7:30AM on your cruise day (if you are using Disney transfers) so you'll be up early anyway.

MASSAGE THERAPIES

Head Shoulder and Back Massage: A relaxing scalp massage followed by Swedish techniques with a focus on neck, shoulders and upper back where many carry stress and tension. Maximum massage benefits in a limited time (25 minutes $47.20)
Reflexology: A pressure point technique performed on the feet based on the ancient tradition and principle of energy zones that run throughout the body. The stimulation of reflex points in the hand and feet correspond to all the major organs, glands, and body parts. The technique induces deep relaxation, improves circulation and balances the system (50 minutes $94.40)
Shiatsu: A Japanese therapy given with the fingers, thumbs, elbows, and knees and feet concentrating on acupuncture points to affect the balance of vital energy of: ki". Based on the ancient principle that balancing the "ki" of vital energy aids the body in healing itself. Shiatsu is received with clothes on, loose clothing suggested (50 $94.40 and 80 minutes $129.80)
Executive Massage: Tired and feeling stressed? Relaxed and indulge in a 20 minute aromatherapy bath followed by either a Swedish or Sports massage (75 minutes $112.10)

BODY TREATMENTS
Sea Salt Polish with Vichy Shower: Dead sea salts are combined with pure essential oils, then massaged over the body in a light circular motion to deeply cleanse, exfoliate and stimulate the circulation. This treatment leaves the skin renewed, rehydrated and silky smooth. Please refrain from shaving prior to the service (45 minutes $53.10)
Body Polish with Vichy Shower: A gentle exfoliation scrub to refine dehydrated, dry skin. An exotic, floral foaming scrub is brushed over the body to exfoliate, cleanse, and stimulate the skin leaving it healthy and alive (45 minute $53.10)
Sedona Clay-Aloe Masque: This body is lightly stimulated by dry body brushing, aromatherapy oils applied for added detoxification and a warm body masque applied to purify the skin's surface. This rich mud is composed and micronized seaweed rich in minerals and trace elements, aloe vera gel and sedona clay to purify the skin's surface texture. Marine Algae Body Masque: This skin is prepared by a light dry body brushing followed by application of essential oils and marine algae. You are then wrapped for maximum absorption. Spa Pedicure: A truly relaxing treatment as our technicians gently exfoliate your feet, then massage cuticle oil into the nails. An aromatherapy application follows with a mini-foot massage. Choice of natural nails or polish (50 minutes $53.10)

Paraffin Treatment: A rich moisturizing cream and aromatherapy oils are massaged into hands and or feet, then a warm paraffin wax is applied to enhance absorption and hydration. Essential treatments for dry hands and feet. This treatment can be enjoyed separately or combined with a manicure or pedicure. ($23.60 alone or $11.80 when added to a manicure or pedicure)
Sports Pedicure: Our spa pedicure with an addition of a cooling anti-fluid gel to reduce swelling and a bioactive foot balm to increase circulation and provide relief for feet that have taken a beating (50 minutes $53.10)
Soothing Tired Legs Treatment: A refreshing soak in our whirlpool footbath followed by a foot and leg massage, a tension relief gel and moisturizer. A must after a day in the parks (25 minutes $35.40)
Foot Soaks: A mini anti-stress treatment to revitalize feet and legs. Sit back and enjoy a lower back massage in our spa massage chair and select an aromatherapy soak of your choice as your feet are massaged in our hydro foot bath (20 minutes $23.60)
Acrylic Nail: Full Set or refills (1 hour $76.70 for new set, $47.20 for refills)
