GF slide refurb

I just got an email from mousesavers and under refurbs it had the GF slide listed as closed 2/6 - 3/2. So now I'm trying to decide if I should change resorts. We are going for the race 2/21-2/28 and my kids love the slide. Will they make another slide available? Do they ever finish refurbs early? Thanks for your input, I'm trying to decide what to do and am feeling torn because I love the GF but my kiddos like to use the slide

The weather is going to probably be too cold so I wouldn't be worried about it, unless your kids like to swim in the cold.

They usually offer another pool as an alternative. My guess would be another monorail resort.

In February it starts to warm up. The 15 day forecast right now for end of January calls for many days in the mid-70's... coming from Seattle that is very warm for us. I could be in the pool all day long with it being just 65-75 outside.

Ethanwa, my thought exactly!! We are from the Seattle area too and my kids would probably swim with it in the 60s they just get so excited to swim it doesn't matter to them how cold it is. My kiddos were swimming at the GF in December and weren't bothered one bit by the weather. I am just hoping they give us access to another slide.
