GF Room Request Question

OK guys, we're leaving in less than 3 weeks and I really feel behind the 8 ball. Right now I'm most stressed out about not being settled on a room request. Please help! Any suggestions for a garden room building. DS's 5, 10 and 14 would probably prefer to be closest to the kid pool and the beach.

Big Pine Key is closest to the theme pool with zero entry. Sago Cay is nice because it's close to Gasparilla's. Conch is nice because it's right near the boat dock.

If the pool is that important, go with Big Pine.

Remember, though, that the GF is not that big. Any room you get will be lovely.

You may have a little bit of difficulty with any specific room requests right now. The GF is undergoing room rehabs and it's been reported that Sago Cay is currently closed and that they've started work on one floor in Conch Key. You may want to wait until you arrive and ask for a newly rehabbed room or at least avoid any buildings where the rehab is currently taking place.

As Scanne mentioned, the resort is not really that big, so from any building, you're not more than a few minutes walk to everything.

It's an interactive view of Disney, but you can specifically look at the GF. On the screen, you'll see the listing for the Magic Kingdom. The GF is down a little and to the left. You can move the screen by sliding your mouse over, click and hold while you use the dragging tool (hand). When you get it where you want it, click on the + key located on the left hand side of the screen, this the zoom tool. Each click will slowly zoom you in. The biggest building is the main building, if you go around like a clock, you'll see Sago Cay (by the marina), the building directly across is Sugar Loaf (concierge) then Conch Key (nearest to the boat dock), Boca Chica and Big Pine Key (steps from the courtyard pool).

Thanks guys! Awesome information. I will wait and ask for a rehabbed room but in the meantime I'll get acquainted with the building with that site so I have an idea when I get there.

Hey Neighbor! I'm from Wash. Twp so not too far.

I will definitely take pics but hopefully someone comes up with some before I get there~I'm still 19 days away.
