LOL, just my few seconds of fame. When she walks down Main St, talking about the bathrooms, my mother and I are sitting on the sidewalk. Im in a light blue sleeveless shirt, and if you squint you can see my lime green tag on my fanny pack, LOL! DM is wearing red and white stripes. It was taped 9/28/01 while we were waiting for the parade.

I have it on tape, and just pulled it out and watched it!!! There you were!!!

I saw something on your fanny pack, but my tape is either too old or I'm too blind to tell that it was your lime green ribbon.

LOL, its very very tiny. My kids had gotten a souvenier at the HM and there was a little lime green tag on it. I was taking it off and said hey, lime green! So, I stuck it on me. Probably just looks like a spot.
Had I known Id someday be watched by all you guys, I would have made a big sign that said "HI DISERS!!!".

I love that episode of Great Hotels...I have always wondered when they filmed that episode because it seemed so uncrowded!! Now I know, thanks camcolt.
Just a bit of info, for anyone interested, but on our last trip (10/2003), I thought I would surprise my family with that chocolate tuxedo mickey and strawberries that they left for Samantha in her room. I told the concierge planning person at GF that I wanted the one exactly like on the show...I loved it! Well when it came, it was nothing like it, in fact, it was pretty ugly to me. I complained to the SL concierge, and they knew what I was talking about, it appeared that many other people were expecting and ordered the model they saw on tv, expecting that same one, and was very disappointed in the one they got. They told me that the one in Samantha's room was a "special" version that they did just for the show, and it was not available. I thought that was deceitful advertising, so just in case anyone was wondering about it, I wanted to maybe save someone their time and money. Took along time and hassle trying to explain it to the concierge, when they didn't know what I was talking about...
But I still loved the GF, and I love seeing it spotlighted on that show!!
