GF Marina or Summerhouse??

We are looking into options for our cocktail party at the GF and really like the pictures we've seen of both these places. Our SM said that Summerhouse might be a bit more private. Does anyone have any opinons of these locations? We are probably having around 75 guests. We are looking for the more private venue as we don't want hotel guests walking through our cocktail party!

I would agree with your SM that the Summerhouse is much more private than the marina. The marina is located right outside the main building near Gasparilla Grill & Games (the counter service restaurant and arcade), so people would be walking by. Disney does a great job keeping uninvited folks from entering parties though, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

If I am not mistaken Janet2k had a party at the GF summerhouse. It looked & sounded fabulous. If you run a search you may still be able to find it.
