Need advice:
I am able to book a garden view room for 3 nights and can add main club level for 1 night at the end.
We want to stay 4 nights.
So, I can book 4 nights lagoon view. Or 3 nights garden view and 1 night in the main building club level.
It will be 220.00 more to do the club level that 1 night.
Would it be worth a special treat? This is for me and DD17. For her senior year.
Would we be able to eat breakfast there the morning of check in and check out?

I just did it for my birthday in a couple of weeks so I say yes, book it.
You will have access to the lounge from the time you check in to the CL till midnight on the day of check out. So you could have breakfast there both mornings. Guess it depends on what time you plan to go check out of the room you are in and in to the other room

I think adding a night in RPC is a great idea. As the pp said, you can access the lounge from the time you check in until midnight of the day you check out. If you check in early enough, you should be able to catch the morning offerings. If the extra cost is doable, I think it's worth a try as RPC (IMO) is amazing :wizard:.

Good advice above! I'm sorry if this is obvious or you already know this but just making sure you realize how your day 3 will go down. You'll have to be out of the other room by 11 and there's a decent chance your new room might not be ready by that point (but you could get lucky and it be ready). Technically check in isn't until 3pm. You could have a "gap" that day with no home, need to check your bags, etc. That's certainly not the end of the world, just more of a hassle than anything depending on what you want to do that day.

But yes, as PPs have said I'd go check in CL first thing that AM and then you can have full use of the lounge all day, whether your CL room is ready or not.

Depending on how you "do" Disney, a night at RPC (acronym for the main building club level) can certainly be a treat. I enjoyed our stay there in Feb and recent reports have been pretty favorable in terms of food offerings and service. If you're a park commando and only use the room for a place to sleep, I'd say switching rooms for one night may not be worth it.

Whatever you decide, enjoy your stay!

I'll be the voice of dissent and vote for 4 nights lagoon view. You will be able to stay in the same room the whole time and save $220 to do something special - go to V&A or another signature, take a special tour, do the afternoon tea. IMHO, you will never eat enough in RPC in one night to justify the cost or to be out of a room for 1/2 a day. We've stayed in RPC, Sugar Loaf, garden view and lagoon view at GF and we LOVED lagoon view. Request Boca Chica, 4th floor. When we went out on our balcony and looked to the left, we had a pretty clear view of the MK fireworks!

I think we are going to stay in the lagoon room all 4 nights.
Thanks for the advice on room requests.
Now I have to make dining reservations.

RPC is a nice treat, but anywhere at the GF is lovely, IMO. Have a great trip :wizard:.
