GF in the world showcase?

Has anyone tried to eat around the world gluton free? What did you eat? This was what I was looking foward to most for our trip in 3 weeks. But I've just been diagnosed with a gluton intolerance. I'd still like to try, but I'm not sure how successful I'd be.

Has anyone tried?
