GF difference between lagoon room view in main builing and concierge room

I am confused about the difference in the main building lagoon view room vs a concierge room. I have read about the added amenities, but is the concierge room actually bigger with better view or are you just paying for added services? Would appreciate any input!!

All rooms in the main building are concierge. But not all rooms in the main building are lagoon view. Some look over toward the monorail side.

In addition to the concierge rooms they also have deluxe concierge rooms. I believe those rooms have additional square feet.

Other than those 2 catergories there are also honeymoon rooms, and suites.
