Geyser Point “secret menu” items??

A few weeks ago I was watching YouTube and a vlogger was at Geyser Point having a spicy chicken sandwich. It looked and sounded delicious. Just wondering if they have specials or secret menu items that are not on the website. And if so how can I find out what they have because as of next week will be in WDW. ( and I need that chicken sandwich )

When I was there in December the spicy chicken sandwich and one other item I can't recall were specials on little "sandwich board" signs on the tables and our server mentioned them. I'm not sure why they don't just make part of the regular menu.
