getting vouchers without c/c

is there anyway to get vouchers without a credit card? I see them on ebay for double what they are worth but I haven't seen them anywhere else that you didn't have to join that site then have them charged to a credit card ... any help would be great

You might be able to get them at a more affordable price from someone on the DISAuctions. Most of the sellers will accept PayPal and Money Orders. You'll probably still pay a little more than the $11.50 per voucher for the Q&C's but without a credit card that may be the only way to go. They aren't always up for auction, so you would have to keep checking to see if anyone listed recently.
