Getting to water parks

How are they doing transportation to them nowadays? I seem to remember them making changes to how you get to the water parks last year but I can't seem to find that information. (Going to Typhoon Lagoon from Pop)

While Uber would be much easier, it's just me and my 3 year old. I won't be bringing his car seat and I don't trust rented seats.
