If we are staying at WDW and want to go to Sea World for the day - what is our easiest and cheapest way to do this? Should we rent a car for the day? Or should we take a cab? I know if I rent the car I will have to pay for the rental, plus parking at Sea World. Thanks.

We're staying at Wilderness Lodge, and we plan on taking the LYNX bus. The #50 bus from the WDW TRANSPORTATION & TICKET CENTER leaves every 1/2 hour and drops you off across the street from the main entrance to SeaWorld. HERE is the bus schedule. It costs $1.50 each way per person. Sure beats the cost of renting a car for a day, but you can rent a car onsite at the Disney Car Care Center from National or Alamo, and both will pick you up from the resort.

We've had good luck taking cabs between WDW and SeaWorld -- in the $20 to $30 range (SeaWorld is "about" half-way between the Orlando airport and WDW). If you do decide to take the Lynx bus as described by previous poster, you might want to consider hopping in a cab for the trip back (when you're tired and just ready to be back at your hotel!). It is a snap to get a cab from any WDW hotel, and there is always a line of cabs at SeaWorld, waiting to transport guests. have a great trip!
