Getting to Picabu from DHS

Judging by everything I read we can take a ferry from DHS over to the EPCOT resort area. What is the order of stops? I'd like to go to Picabu for lunch since nothing CS appeals to me at DHS. How much time would the journey take?

The Dolphin/Swan is the first stop. Total travel time is 7-8 minutes. That does not include the time waiting for the boat at the Studios.

On the way back, the Dolphin/Swan will be the last stop so you will be at the Studios in 7-8 minutes.

Or, you can use the walkway and it'll be 15-20 minutes.

yeah, heck, unless it's raining like Noah is coming by any second or it's 110 degrees out just walk it. I can't believe it's any more than 10 minutes to walk to the Dolphin. Especially since that 7-8 minutes does not count time spent waiting for the boat to show up.
