Popcorn Bucket Strategy

Hello, and thanks for any info I can get. I am going to DHS on May 4th, and I understand there will be a special popcorn bucket. I am not a collector of popcorn buckets, but I'd like this one. Where the location that they can they be purchased, and is there a specific strategy involved in buying one? I know resellers are a problem.

I think they sell them at the regular carts. - I would just pack your patience for a long line.

I've also heard there's usually a two-per-person limit - so if you're only buying one, watch out for resellers asking you to get an extra for them.

They may be available at all Pop Corn carts, but they will definitely be available at Kat Saka's Kettle which is right next to Ronto Roasters over near the Toy side just inside the entrance of Galaxy's Edge.

Thank you! I saw where there were several different designs so we will have to choose. If they are available. They go on sale (I believe) earlier so it’s possible they will be sold out. I’m going to think positive. That’s why I was trying to figure out where to go.

I have an update it looks like they will be offering this limited edition for purchase by Mobile Order again:

On May 4 and 5, 2026, guests can only purchase the Jabba Sail Barge popcorn bucket via mobile order.

Search in the My Disney Experience app for "Disney's Hollywood Studios Souvenir Release Store," and Disney will tell you where to pick up the popcorn bucket.

Starting May 6, 2026, the Jabba Sail Barge popcorn bucket will be available at Kat Saka's Kettle in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

Yes. For these types of offers I just put the search text in a Note on my iPhone and cut / past into the Search page in MDE.

On Monday, May the 4th at 7 AM start the search and it will take you to a specific screen to order your Jabba Sail Barge popcorn bucket, and prepay for it. It will also indicate where to pickup your bucket in HS.

ETA: Still working on where to use what vs where is used...
