I was wondering how much time to alot for getting from Epcot to Kouzzina and how easy it is to make the journey. It looks like it's just a boat from Epcot to Boardwalk, but since we're not used to hitting the Epcot resorts for meals...I was wondering how the time and ease was compared to say...heading to 'Ohana from MK. I know- apples and oranges, but any thoughts would help. We've eaten just about every place at Epcot that we've ever wanted to dine, so we're trying to branch out to keep it fresh.

From the International Gateway, 5-10 minute walk, 10-15 minutes by boat. Have fun at The Boardwalk!!

Just a short walk from ( just between UK & France ) to Boardwalk. I'd suggest that over the boat..Real quick, probably 7 minutes, methinx..

It's not a big distance but there are some things to consider. If it's hot you may want to take the trip at a little slower pace. Same goes if you're dealing with several children or anybody in a wheeled vehicle. Sure you can walk it in a short clip, but do you want to walk in to the restaurant dripping in sweat? I'd allow 20-30 minutes. What's the worst that could happen? You'll have time for a bathroom break and hand-washing and maybe catch your breath for a few minutes before your meal. Who knows, you might even get seated early!:earsboy:

Thanks! Definitely sounds like this would work for one of our Epcot evenings. We're planning on Nov, so at least temps should be more mild for the trek; however, I've been known to allow 45 min to get from Soarin' to Le Cellier or Akersus :lmao: so we'd probably allow lots of time to make this meal. Thanks again for the info! :goodvibes

Enjoy the Boardwalk.

One thing to keep in mind, if you are going back to your resort there will not be a bus from Boardwalk to your resort. You will need to take bus to DownTown or to a Park to catch a bus back to your resort.

As others have said, getting to Kouzzina from Epcot is really easy. Exit Epcot via International Gateway (located between UK and France). It's about 0.35 miles from IG to the Boardwalk. When you reach the big split in the path, take the bridge that goes over the canal. (There is a small split in the path that let you walk along the canal, but this won't get you to the Boardwalk. Just stay to the right initially and you'll be fine.)

There is also the boat that goes from Epcot to BW to YC/BC to S/D to DHS. BW is the first stop after Epcot, so it's a pretty short ride. After a long day of walking at Epcot, my family usually opts for the boat.

As others have mentioned, there are buses directly from resort-to-resort. After dinner, if Epcot is still open, you can head back into the park and then catch your bus out front. If DHS is open late, that is another option.

You can also take a bus to DTD (not necessarily the most time efficient option). The Epcot area resorts usually all share a bus, so it may have already stopped at YC, BC, Swan, and/or Dolphin before getting to BW. Just keep that in mind if you don't like crowded buses. Luckily, you'll be heading to DTD and not trying to get back to the BW from DTD.

Another option is to take a taxi back to your resort. There are usually several waiting out front of the BW. It runs between $15 and $20 plus tip to get anywhere on property.
