We are heading to Disney World in June (our first trip) We plan on spending 13 days there.
One of those days we are planning on spending at Kennedy Space Center. My family have always been big Space & Space Travel buffs so it is a MUST while we are down there!

We are flying in the Disney & we will staying on Disney so we are not renting a car.

Question is, what is the easier way to get to KSC from Disney? Should we rent a car for the day? Is there a shuttle or anything like that, that buses people to KSC from Disney Resorts? HELP!!!
Also how far is KSC from Disney?

Also we want to spend one day at Sea World? I know Sea World is much closer to Disney then KSC, but what is the easiest way to get to Sea World from Disney?

THANK YOU!!!!

Our VERY FIRST Disney trip.......June 2003 :bounce:

I would look into a one-day car rental and then go to KSC one day and then SW the next. Actually, I guess that would be two days. You could pick the car up on Monday morning, for example, and then return it on Tuesday after returning from Sea World. I would do this since you have two offsite trips planned. Plus, you will have more flexibilty when going to KSC. We are also going to KSC and renting a car for the first part of our trip.

We used yourride last week and we went to KSC from WDW. But we stayed at Cocoa beach for the night. Mr. Rabbit got us a room at the Radisson at the Port at a discount and also give us a discount card for Ron Jon Surf Shop. The next day Tom was there to bring us back to our hotel at WDW. KSC is really neat! yourride gives Great service. Tony

Bonj254, do you remember how long it took you to get to the Space Center from WDW? I drove about 7 years ago but we got lost. Also, what was the rate for a driver? I am planning a trip in May and my DS really wants to go to the space center but we are not getting a car, so I told him maybe next trip. Now you have given me a great idea with the driver!

If I remember I think it was about 1 hour or just a little longer (I was sleeping) I think it was $150.00 for the round trip. Tony
