Getting to Epcot?

How would I go about getting to Epcot from the TTC?

One monorail. Very easy.

At the TTC you will see 3 monorail lines.

1.Magic Kingdom express monorail: This one just goes back and forth from the TTC to MK.

2.Resort monorail: This one stops at all 3 resorts on the monorail line(Contemporary,Polynesian and Grand Floridian)this monorail will also stop at the Magic Kingdom and the TTC.

3.Epcot monorail: This one just goes from the TTC to Epcot and back.

My thought exactly. Why just to the TTC? Is it an offsite place?

I am staying offsite. I have always stayed onsite so I really had no idea. We are only going to Epcot one day.

If you are staying offsite, you could also just drive to Epcot and park there. No need to go to the TTC if you don't need to.

Right, just park at Epcot, unless you're planning to hop to MK at the end of the day. When we stay off site, we always park where we're going to end up.

We won't have a car and the hotel shuttle has an early bus to TTC but not to Epcot. We want to get to Epcot as early as possible.

The monorail to Epcot should be operating at least an hour prior to Epcot's opening. The various lines are plainly marked. You will look up as you approach the monorail station. You will see three entrance signs..one for the Express Monorail, one for the Resort Monorail and one for the Epcot Monorail. No need to transfer...just walk up that lane, wait for the monorail to come and get on.
