Getting to Chef Mickey's for 7:10am ADR??

We have an ADR for Chef Mickey's breakfast on Sunday May 3rd at 7:10am. We are staying at the Polynesian Resort and the Magic Kingdom opens at 9am that morning. What is the best way to get the the Contemporary that early from the Poly? Will the monorails or the ferry boats be running at approximately 6:30am? which is about the time we would need to leave the Poly to get to our ADR's in time. Or should we just get a taxi to bring us to the Contemporary?

Monorail would be your best bet. You should confirm that day's operating hours with Guest Services at the PR as you get closer to your trip. They "officially" start running at 7am, but my personal experience has been that the resort monorails are running earlier than that. My recommendation for Plan B would be taxi.
