Getting to Bon Voyage Breakfast?

What is the best way to get to the Bon Voyage Breakfast (10:30), if you are staying at the poly (really SOG)? And then getting to/doing Epcot after?
Lyft? if so then where do I have them drop people off?
My cousin is bringing his daughter and they have never been to Disney, so I am trying to make it the easiest way possible.

I would take Uber/Lyft to the Boardwalk. They would be dropped off right at the front door. After breakfast they can just walk to Epcot...about a 10 min walk.

Thank You... I was thinking UBER/Lyft would be easiest too. I'm going to have them walk over to meet us around noon in epcot.
