Getting to Boma?

Just moved our Boma breakfast ADR from our departure day to the day before. I'm thinking if we board an AK bus at ASMu at 9am we'll be fine for a 9:35am ADR? I know we'll have to take a bus to AKL from AK, but that is a really quick trip. Is there another routing that would be quicker? I'm thinking we'll be behind the "rope drop" and early AK breakfast ADR crowd, so getting on a bus at ASMu should be less hectic at that point, right?

The other concern I have is I have that at 9:35am then Chef Mickey's at 6:15pm on the same day. Last year we ate at Chef Mickey's around 11:30am and I didn't eat again until after Spectro and then it was a shared CS meal. I'm just hoping I work up enough of an appetite to enjoy Chef Mickey's. We plan to spend time at Epcot after breakfast, perhaps taking a break before dinner.

Funny thing, I actually considered the Deluxe plan for this trip and here I am fretting 2 TS meals 9hrs apart! Guess I'm not ready to go Deluxe, huh?

Last year we ate at both CM's and Boma, but the opposite meals. We really liked them both so I hope we'll be just as happy this time.

Now our ADR plan is as follows:

1:20 Lunch at Play 'n Dine at H&V (DHS day)
12:45 Lunch at Crystal Palace (MK Day)
9:35 Breakfast at Boma
6:15 Dinner at Chef Mickey's
(4 nights Basic DP)

I have a 7:50 arrival night dinner ADR for the Plaza, but I'm thinking pool and resort CS is a better way to go before Spectro. We'll get to ASMu between 5:30 and 6pm; Spectro is at 9pm.

Your routing is correct, but your timing might be a bit tight. You can never n=know for sure how long you'll wait for the bus at AK. Travel time is right, waiting time is?? I would allow just a bit more time....8:45~50

Yea, was thinking that it might be tight. Thanks for confirming the routing. I really do want to try this buffet, so hopefully plans will stay in tact.

As said I'd give yourself more time. The AKL bus from AK I believe goes to Blizzard beach after AK but not 100% sure. It did last time I rode it anyway so it will take a little while. I'd say give yourselves an hour at least and if you are early then go and look at the animals in AKL.

Youre going to enjoy Boma's. Out of all the buffets we went to we found Boma's to be very relaxing and quiet. Nice big room, no kids running around (at least when we were there). It was a nice respite.

We stayed at AKL in late March. Rode the bus to and from AK several times. The bus went directly from AKL to AK or AK to AKL without any stops at Blizzard Beach in between on all these occasions.

Yea, we did AK to AKL last summer for dinner. So now we'll do it in the AM. I just reworked our park plans so that we can head to AK right after breakfast and spend the day. I had originally thought we'd skip the park but now we should get to both; I'm happy.
