Getting to Be Our Guest by 8:00am

My dad and I are traveling to Disney in a few weeks and we are getting breakfast at Be Our Guest. Our reservation is at 8:00am, right when the restaraunt opens. Magic Kingdom's operating hours for that day begin at 9:00am, however, the hard ticketed Early Morning Magic (EMM) starts at 7:45am. I would ideally like to be at Magic Kingdom at 7:30am.

Obviously taking a Lyft or Uber is possible, but is it possible to get there with Disney transportation? We're staying at Shade of Green and their buses start 30 minutes before park opening. So does that mean 30 minutes before 9:00, or 30 minutes before 7:45?

Also, when do the Monorails start running on days with EMM? Hypothetically we could walk to the Poly and take the Monorail to Magic Kingdom from there.

This is my dad's first trip in 7 years so I really want to get everything figured out before hand so it's a great experience for him!

I don't think SOG buses take you to the MK (or Epcot). They just drop you at TTC, where you have to take the Monorail (or Ferryboat).

You also cannot take Lyft or Uber to MK, as there is no place where they can drop off or pick up at the park. They can go either to TTC, or to Contemporary which is a 10-minute walk to MK.

So you might as well walk (or catch the Shady Shuttle) to Poly and ride the Monorail, which as Alesia said starts running at 7.
