Getting To and From??

Okay, we have breakfast ressies for Chef Mickey's at 7:20 am. We're staying @ PC, and I was wondering what would be the best way to get there? We were thinking take the bus to the Magic Kingdom, and then from Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary. If any body else has better ideas, feel free to suggest. Any imput is welcome!!

last time we stayed at POP we had an early PS at kona, we went out to the bus stop for MK and 6:15am and by 6:35am there was a bus picking us up and we were on are way, there was 1 other family that was on are but they were going to chef mickeys so the bus driver didnt bother going to MK but took us both to the resorts that are PS were at.

We went to CRT one morning early from Saratoga Springs. We took the MK bus and were the only ones on it. The driver asked us where we were going to eat because he would take us right to the resort if needed, but we were going to MK.

Y'all need to be at the Contemporary Resort by 7:00 am to check in for the breakfast at Chef Mickey's. (Great thing to do, methinks. We did it with our group once, and the food was really good I thought, and the kids loved the characters.) Since I don't know what time the Magic Kingdom opens on the day you are going to Chef Mickey's, I really can't advise.

You should check to get the starting time for the bus to the Magic Kingdom. Once there, you can walk to the Contemporary or take the monorail, but you have to be sure the bus will be running from your resort to get there in time.

If it were me, and I had any doubt about making it in time, I'd simply take a taxi from my resort to the Contemporary. Just stop at guest services in the lobby and have them call you a taxi.

The busses start running early specifically for character breakfasts. When I made my ADR for a 7am at Chef Mickey's, the CM told me what time the first bus would pick up at POP. Unfortunately I didn't write it down. I just figured I'd ask at the resort the night before.

As others have stated, get on the bus to MK and if at all possible, the bus driver will actually take you to the resort. That's not gauranteed, but most of the time they will be able to help you out.
