Getting to an early ADR on EMH

So I just found out that MK hours have been changed for October ( just my luck) such that on one of my MK days the park now opens at 8 instead of 9. I have an 8 am breakfast ADR that day so 2 questions
1. Will they let us in if we show up at 7:30 ( 15 min to walk and need to check in 15 min early)
2. I am assuming the crowd will have lined up already by 7:30 so will we have a hard time cutting through to get to the front ? And where exactly do we go to be let in ahead of others ?

1. Likely not that early.
2. Yes. It will be a busy entry.
Go to either the far right gate or the far left gate.
The correct gate will have a banner that says, "Character Breakfast," or similar.

So if they wont let us in early wont we be late to the adr ( trying to beat the crowds) are they ok with it and let us sit even if a bit late

You can always be seated a bit late for an ADR.
OTOH...
Many (myself included) consider eating breakfast during the earliest hour the park is open is not a good use of time.
(If, however, a guest is not staying on-site, he could't go to AM EMH anyway.)
But, on-site guests dining during the best attraction riding time of day is kind of a disappointing waste of valuable park time.

I had booked this,ADR months ago to be able to enjoy an empty mainstreet b4 the crowds hit but its kind of late now to change it. No timings are available. And we do it also for character interaction ( travelling with kids under 6)
I hate how disney ruined our hard made plans the last minute !

The "empty main street" thing has been little more than a memory for a while now. You're not really missing much on that account.
