Getting to 10:00 Cape May breakfast from WL...

We have a 10:00 ADR at the Cape May character breakfast the day we do MGM Studios...Could we take the bus from WL to MGM and then take the boat to the Beach Club to get there in time? What are our other travel options? Should we just get a cab--and if so, any idea what it would cost? (There are 5 of us if that matters).

I would take the WL bus to MK & then the BC bus.

Yes to your first question. You would need to be out at the WL bus stop at 8:30 or so (in case you just missed the previous bus (or boat).

A taxi from WL to BC would cost about $15 for a regular taxi. Not sure if there would be an extra charge for a van.

As the first poster suggested, you can get a bus from the MK to the Beach Club. A taxi is the fastest way but you may need a van.
You certainly can take the bus to the Studios and boat or walk over to the Beach Club. The walk is about 20-25 minutes. The boat is longer and unless one is waiting it's much faster to walk. I would allow about one hour if using Disney transportation. This should give you more than enough time.
