Getting scared about making ADR`s

Does anyone else get scared when ringing disney to make ressies or is it just me, I was shaking when I got of the phone to order the MNSSHP tickets a couple of weeks ago. My 90 day window starts on monday, so I`m hoping there will be time slots available now that this new policy has started today....Oh what fun

Me too - my thick Scottish accent doesn't help much - I have to really concentrate and talk VERY slowly ...

Yes, I find it can be quite stressful. I wish there was an easier way. You can make reservations online for bluezoo at the Dolphin - that would be ideal.

I had to have DS(14) hold my hand when I did it. I don't think I have much of an accent but they had trouble understanding me when I said "Boma" in fact it sounded rather rude when the operator repeated it to me.
I hate making any phone calls, but was on quite a high by the time I hung up because I'd been "talking to Disney".

When I asked for Boma and Jiko she made me spell them out as she could not understand me despite several attempts!!

Glad it`s not just me then I had to spell my address out letter for letter when I ordered the MNSSHP tickets, I thought there`s no way that they will get to my house but sure enough 5 days later they arrived........

Yes! It's the 'Excuse me, maam?' bit that I like when they can't understand you! My cumbrian accent (though not that broad anymore!) is way too flat for them to know what I'm talking about!

Boma got them for me too, as did my very weird yorkshire village name!!
