Getting ready to make offer..PLEASE give me your thoughts

Well, as I explained somewhere on the first page...SSR just doesn't do it for us. We travel as a large family at Xmas/New Years, and VWL would be our 1st choice (making the 11 month window more important) and, again, my husband is quite a bit older than I am., so the 15 years will not impact him whatsoever...it is important however to me, what his desires are right now.

We just purchased through Disney, and with the referral it is $86/pp.

That's only $300 more than you are offering. Also our guide offered us Boardwalk Villas but we opted for SSR as that gives us 15 extra years over the others.

Just a thought. I considered purchasing resale, but with ROFR and this great incentive it seemd smart to go with Disney.
