Getting Postcard while holding ressie

Has anyone ever gotten a postcard or Email while currently having an outstanding ressie?

I have. In fact I got an e-mail code the day after I place my AP ressie....

I've ahd it happen to me personally as well as to several clients. So having a ressie already doesn't kick out off of "the list" for postcards or emails.
